Thanks friends for ur response ,
Now I have makefile for my project which was made by GNU Compiler , so what is the next step should i do to get the mod files. My aim is to upload my applet on the device.
And i need some explanation about 'elf'. What is the function of elf and mod files.
I think i am at the basics.... please help me...
thanx for all...

ELF stands for "Executable and Linkable Format" (plenty of docs all over the net).
In BREW environment, this is the file created after linking all your object files, but before creating the MOD. In some way, you can you think of it as an intermediary step in BREW.
After the ELF is created, you'll need to use fromelf.exe (ADS) or BREWelf2mod.exe (GCC), to create the final MOD file. This is the final executable that is loaded into phone's memory and, well, executed. :)
