IDISPLAY_DrawText problem

Forums:

I'm having some problems with IDISPLAY_DrawText. Currently, I'm trying to draw some text to the main display. The DrawText function returns success, however I don't see anything on the display window. I'm calling IDISPLAY_Update() after I draw the text, and the text being drawn isn't being overwritten. Does anyone have any idea on what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

code snippet??

code snippet??

1. text string is empty
2. x or y out of screen
3. font color is the same as bg color
4. you draw something else on the text

firstly ,I agree with Gal.
then ,
the pointer maybe didn't point to the text sting ;)

Check whether your IDISPLAY pointer contain valid address. Sometimes it may happen due to garbage address in pointer.
