Once indirect way to use radio buttons is through an html file, which is loaded through the html viewer, you can parse the file later. There's an example of this on the NetDiagnostics in the SDK examples.

Guys it is possible to work with Radio buttons in BREW.
All you need to do is to have 2 small bitmap image(2bit image, so that size is small or use any bit if you dont care about size).
1)One image with the radio off
2)Other with radio on.
3)Keep an enum variable for this radio button
4)Create a menu with N number of items that you want to create choices. set the menu rect with size 0 for x,y,dx & dy, so that it wont be visible.
5)Keep the focus on the default item and display the radio-on image.
6)When the user navigates up/down/right/left, handle that evt with the menu and same time change the image on to off and selected item's image off to on.
7)Set the variable with the selected item.
8)At any given time you can use the variable to identify which one is selected
Thats all you have to do.
Same way you can do check box also, but you can use a boolean variable. Also set the value and change image only when SELECT/OK is pressed.
By the way you can do lot of fancy images & 3D images too for these.
