Hi Everyone,

I m developing an application which runs in a background and whenever there is any change in a file system space (increase or decrease), it search the file system for new files.. i m creating a log for each file found .. now i did this by calling IFILEMGR_GetFreeSpace() after every 2 seconds .. now the problem is ... it only works for the first time .. as i dont have last free space saved .. but after the completion of first iteration .. i m saving the free space value .. but after that everytime it returns the same value ...

i m running my application in a background .. and taking pictures from camera but its giving the same value everytime .. i mean when i take any picture and save it in a mobile .. it will definitely take some space and the application then should return different value .. but its not doing so ... so please if anyone know the solution of my problem then do let me know .. thanx.

Regards,
Sallu.

Hi,
I'm working on the same problem, so, I was trying to use last updated time for target directory ( via IFILEMGR_GetInfo ), but it doesn't work too...
For now, the only way, I found is the reduced scan time - to save some baterry...
If you will find some solutions, please, share it here. If I will find it faster, I will put the post here...
