How to use the ISSL_SetPort API?

Hi,
I'm trying to use the ISSL_SetPort API to connect to a ssl server, but I'm in trouble.Is there anyone can tell me how to use the ISSL_SetPort API?
The API reference says that "The IPort passed in must be open and connected to a server that is ready to start an SSL negotiation." But how to use the IPort interface connect to the server? Is there anything I'm wrong? :confused: :confused:
