can't see any log in BREW Logger

Hi.
I have a problem, that after connecting Logger to device (EF81), "Start logging" and running my application I can not see any of my DBGPRINTF.
I have checked following options:

log following ILogger buckets (binary data)
-- all --

log debug messages (dbgprintf)

logging to file and to display

the problem is that I can not see ANY log, file is also clear besides some dump summary

It might be a case where there is no support for user DEBUG with the current binary of the handset.
We have similar cases with couple of Samsung Handsets(Engineering samples), But later they rectified with new binaries.
Check with your handset vendor.
