3x
Interface. As in IWeb, ISocket, IDisplay. If someone has written Ix, then they mean any BREW Interface class.

I DO know they are interfaces. Perhaps I did not described my question clearly.
For example, the DRM relevant interface IContentPlayer is implemented using IxContentPlayer. There are several interfaces implemented in this way. So why does Qualcomm do so? What's the purpose of these IxXXXXX interfaces?

It's hard to know from a one-line question what your level of knowledge is.
I'm not familiar with IContentPlayer. It's not part of the BREW 3.x SDK.

Any way, thank you very much for your help.
in the source code which is released by Qualcomm, there are a number of interfaces such as common used IFile, IFileMgr, who has an relevant Ix-interface with it, appeared in IxFile, IxFileMgr.

Which source code do you mean? There is no source code in the BREW 3.1.5 SDK referencing IxFile.
