How to test application on RUIM?

Forums:

Hello,

I want to know if I can store my application on RUIM of the handset?

If yes, then how can I get the application stored in RUIM for testing purpose without any dependency of operator?

Please help me to figure out the solution.

Regards,
Abhilasha Jha

hi abhilasha
may this help u to sort out problem
OUES:Since the majority of R-UIMs are 32KB/64KB in size, how is memory
allocated in terms of CDMA related files/data?
ANS:Many aspects of memory allocation are operator specific. However, the following
conservative memory usage map may be used for reference:
1 ADN File = 8KB
2 SMS File = 4KB
3 PRL File = 4KB
4 EPRL File = 2KB
5 General R-UIM Data = 3KB
6 Additional Overhead = 2KB
This memory map allows over 40K of free memory on a 64K card for installation of
additional JavaCard-based applications.
