r u registered as a BREW Developer?
The site behaves in that way, if the user name and/or password are incorrect.
The username will be in form of your registered emailID.
thanks,
Shivendra

If I start to develop an app how should I start it? is there any event which can be identified when image /video is captured from camera?

Mayank,
Razr v3m is surely BREW 3.1.4.
Which BREW version do you need to use ?
Try BREW programming concepts and understanding the sample applications which come with the brew installation, then search in the API reference for your requirements and then try implementing them in the BREW Simulator first.

You may go on without registering, as long as you want do develop you applications and test them on simulator/emulator. i.e. you may download BREW SDK, start working on the applications/check out BREW features and so on.
For going further - testing your App on a BREW device/then submitting it to Qualcomm/NSTL for certification and further getting it live on some device, you will have to register as a BREW developer.
As for the other question, r u talking about getting a notification when you are recording something from the Native OEM Camera?
thanks,
Shivendra

Hi,
You can use the native camera of the device by using the ICamera interface and also access the native folder used by the device.

There is no Notify you can set, for receiving a Notification for a Image/video being recorded, as of BREW 3.x.
thanks,
Shivendra

Try using ICamera_RegisterNotify
see if the below thread helps: http://brewforums.qualcomm.com/showthread.php?t=7828&highlight=icamera
Although this will be handset dependant.

Hi ,
BREW SDK has many version 1.x,2.x.3.x ...................
You can use any one of them to develop your application.
But it will be better to use 2.x for the maximum handsets and to use new features of brew use Brew 3.x
Thanks and Regards
Mukesh Badoni
