Wat id to use for TestSign generation

Forums:

Hi

We are using 2 devices for testing Moto Razr2 V9m (BREW3.1.4; non-RUIM based) and Moto w362 (BREW3.1.5; RUIM based).

1. W362: there are no ESN/MEID no specified on the device label. Got the ESN from the 'settings->phone status->MEID&ESN'. Using test sign generated using these gives us "error1030-invalid ESN".
Moreover this ESN no is RUIM dependent and not unique for the device. When we contacted the Moto custcare they insisted that RSN and MSN no are used for RUIM based devices
2. V9m: We are not able to determine the ESN at all. Only thing we got is pESN, RSN, MSN, MEID. Test sign generated using MEID or pESN no is not working here also.

Pls guide as to what id is to be used to generate test signature for these devices and how to determine these id?

regards

I suggest that you directly contact the Qualcomm people as I too faced the same issue for LG device(distributed by Reliance). The device had RSN/ FCC-ID, the customer care or the Reliance people would not be able to help you.
Tell the Qualcomm people(India - Mumbai branch) abt ur problem, they will surely help you.
