how can i get flash frame time interval?

how can i get flash time interval? (when flash player clalls SI_UpdateFrameInterval()/ SI_GetURL() how i know this function is called?)

For FlashLite, calls to SI_UpdateFrameInterval() are internally ignored. Instead, the player is clocked using an adaptive timer algorithm which optimizes animation performance with UI responsiveness. The algorithm utilizes a "timerInterval" value that is configurable using the ISettings interface. See AEEFlashLitePlayer.bid for more information.
Hope this helps,
Mike

The FlashLite player will automatically handle any internal stream requests, so you only need to load the initial swf (source.swf) and it will take care of loading request.swf.
If you are using IFlashPlayer_LoadURL(), you shouldn't need to do anything else to allow this to happen.
If you are using IFlashPlayer_LoadBuffer(), be sure to set the base URL by calling IFlashPlayerCtl_SetBaseURL(). This will allow the player to properly load URLs via stream requests.
