Creating Icon that accesses a website

I'm new to Brew development and have been trying to figure out how to create an icon that will access a website. My goal is to launch a browser when my icon is clicked.

Can someone help me figure out how to create the icon and figure out the code for launching the browser? I have the Brew plugin installed with Visual Studio 2010 and the 7.8 SDK.

You can use https://developer.brewmp.com/reference/api/brew-mp-102/ishellbrowseurl
if the device supports it,  to launch a URL with the browser.  An alternate way would be to
create an HTML widget in a windowed application and browse that way.  Howevr, the HTML
widget is quite limited.  As far as creating an icon, the icon for you application goes in
the .mif file.  If you generate a project with the wizard you will get a default one which
you can modify.

I created an icon in the Resource Manager. I then clicked the compile button, which said that it successfully built the resource file. It then gives a directory location where it was saved. I looked into the directory section and there was indeed a .mif, .cif, and text document with code in it. Is there a way to import these files into a new project in Visual Studio 2010?

Also, when I generate a new Brew project in Visual Studio 2010 it automatically generates a bunch of code. Where in the pre-generated code would I place:
int ISHELL_BrowseURL(IShell *po, const char * pszURL);
and where would I put in the URL in this code if for instance I was trying to navigate to google.com for example?
