Can't connect PC to Pantech P6010

I have a couple of different Pantech Brew devices and can connect to them, but not the P6010 - Target Manager doesn't see it.

I couldn't see any USB drivers for it on the internet but did find Pantech PC Suite (P6010), however when I try to connect using that nothing happens (and there's no message displayed to say it can't connect or give a reason).

Have tried setting the phones USB connection to all options, makes no difference.

The software version is JNUSS0312092010

its a brewMP device. check this. specifically the "Developer Mode" section.

The other devices I can connect to are also Brew MP.

As the ct tool (nor any other Brew tool) can't make a connection to the device then it can't be used to enable developer mode. So how is developer mode supposed to be enabled?

when u connect the device are u able to see the Diag Port in Device Manager?

- disconnect all other devices.
- in device P6010, go to settings->Connectivity->Developer Mode-> Set is to USB Gateway Only
- connect the device P6010 to PC.
- open cmd prompt & go to directory (current toolset dir)"%brewmp_toolset%\bin\deprecated\BTIL\Host\bin"
- run diagturnon.exe on cmd prompt
- then run gatewayturnon.exe on cmd prompt (both the exe are at the path i specified)
- Open device Manager on your computer - u should see a device either under Port (COMS & LTP) or a unknown device under Brew Mpble Platform Devices.
- If u see a Brew mobile platform device with a Question mark, Point it to update the drivers from the drivers under %brewmp_toolset/%/"drivers/gateway" - (the one appropriate for your computer).
If this works your device should be ready for loading Apps.
- If u only see a Diag Pantech device under COMS, point it to the same drivers , it should automatically detect Brew MP device & install drivers.

if nothing works , tell the step which did not works.

I have a Pantech P6010 but there is no Developer Mode option in the connectivity settings menu. How and where can I get a software upgrade to enable me to use it? There's nothing on the AT&T website, and in the instructions on this web site for upgrading this phone (https://developer.brewmp.com/device/pantech-curitel-p6010-pursuit-ii#add...) tells you to run a file that doesn't exist (PDL_v2.23.exe).

u can get the device re-flashed with the new S/W by sending it to Qualcomm. (raise a Handset/Submission Request from the support portal & sent the device for re-flashing).

also can u try to omit the step "- in device P6010, go to settings->Connectivity->Developer Mode-> Set is to USB Gateway Only" & try all other steps to see if you can enable the developer mode.
actually gatewayturnon should do the job.
