Can anyone please tell me what is the difference between oridinary .qsc file and SpeedEmu.qsc file? what are the uses of SpeedEmu.qsc over simple .qsc file?

Speed EMU QCP files include a .DST file which will have delays for some display and file operations. Those delays will be very close to the real device processing time, making the execution on the emulator takes about the same time for certain opertion than the real device.
for instance in the Kyocera 3035 QCP file has the following line:
DISPLAY_SPEED_EMU 1 Kyocera QCP-3035B.dst
On the QCP-3035B.dst file you will read:
