Error on Emulator

Forums:

Hi All,

I have implemented a simple application to show "hello" on emulator device.

When i choose my application i get error
"Sharp Z-800.qsc - Brew Emulator: BREW_Emulator.exe - Application Error" At the title bar of dialog box. and Message of dialog is:-
The instruction at "0x10036428" referenced memory at "0x018ec058". The memory
could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Please anyone help me to run my program successfully.
Thanks,

Use BREW 2.0 or above emulator. There are lots of problem with previous versions of emulator.

if this is a really simple application - maybe you could post source code for entire application, so we can check closely.
But, generally, I think you are referencing to some memory that you did not allocated. Probably you didn't initialized your pointers to NULL, and then you check it for NULL and try to FREE, without allocating?
