NSTL TBT Backlog?

Anybody recently passed through TBT at NSTL and can report on how long it took?

I need to plan for our schedule, and need a good guage of how long they are currently taking, plus or minus a week or so.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

mCube

Can anyone help me with this bit of info? I am trying to get a feel for how long the NSTL backlog is going to take.

My last application took about 3 weeks and that was 2 weeks ago. It seemed unusually long though, as two weeks earlier or so I had one go through in a little more than a week if I remember right.

I think the current turn around time is 6 days. I got my results in 4 days. That was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!

Just for fun, I looked it up for you. The $1000 test fee is approximately 45075 rupees.

At Brew Dev Con 2004 at the NSTL testing session they stated that they had, on average, around 8 day turn-around time. I'm assuming this is business days.
As far as I could determine, several other factors may apply:
(1) When a new phone is about to ship, the testing site supposedly checks their queue for any apps that are hoping to go out with the new phone and give them precidence.
(2) Carriers may be able to influence the testing facilities to get the apps they are waiting for more quickly.
(3) I have heard that Elite developer status may help with testing turnaround, but I cannot substantiate this as my company is just a lowly normal BREW Alliance member. :p
