Hi,

I am trying to write an app to record voice from a handset and then send this voice packet to some network location. I have seen the IVocuse example among the examples. Can I build on that app to accomplish this, or do I need to use an interface such as Imedia?

Use case is : User records 20 seconds of audio on his BREW 3.x handset and then sends this packet to a server.

For 20 sec i suggest you 1st record the voice in to a buffer once done recording then you can send the buffered data when and where ever you want.

Either IWEB POST, or ISocket will do it for you. Might as well use IWEB in the first instance.
Plenty of examples on this stuff - starting with the ones in the BREW SDK
