Hi, I have BrewSDKv2.1.3,BrewSDK tools 1.0.1,Brew Tools Suite 3.1.0 installed on my PC.
I don't have phone connected to computer... anything....
But every time when I try just to open AppLoader from Start menu I get the following error:
"Unable to load Connection Manager. Check your BTIL installation."
I checked the documentation that you suggest that the serial port is used by other app. I don't see it being used. I am not running anything except for this app.

Please help!!!

It has BrewSDK v3.1.2 and v3.1.4
BrewSDK tools 1.0.0
Brew Tools Suite 3.1.0 installed on my PC.

I believe this is a general error when no device is connected and you start the AppLoader. I noticed that I no longer recieve this error with the newest 3.1 AppLoader version.

hi i just reinstalled apploader on my new computer, and im getting this exact same error please. I have my device connected via serial, and i get this error.

ok, the correct solution to this problem is to uninstall the BREW TOOls, then reinstall, and choose install BTIL after the tools installation is complete. This should fix everything.

Install brew2.1.3 toolsuite again form website and also install BTIL along with it, it is accompanied with toolsuite installation.
