I try to use brew API ISHELL_SetPrefs to save some data on simulator for test, but return value is always 2, which means ENOMEMORY, I have used couple of simulators and in fact the remaining space in that disk is larger more than 4G.

Anyone who has experienced the same problem please give me some advice, thanks in advance.

Any update? For which reason or any idea please discuss together.

Could be this issue...
Writing to a file, while using BREW simulator

Check the size of the examples folder of BREW simulator. If it is more than --Maximum EFS_SIZE in .dsd file of the device pack --, IFILE api's return Error on writing.
This is because the simulator is trying to mimic the filespace on the device by counting the size of the files under your mif dir and applet dir.

Thanks for your kindly reply.
Since I am a new developer to Brew platform so currently I remove the pref file in simulator directory and currently it works correctly.
Thanks very much.

Thanks very much.OK, thats great..
Also make sure you dont put large size files (video/audio) in BREW Simulator examples directory. Then you might come into strange EFSFULL issues..
