i want to know is there any way to identify chipset of device through code.

GETAEEVERSION() with GAV_MSM. A search for "MSM" in the BREW API Reference Guide would have given you the answer.

Except that typically gives you "Unknown" in my experience.
I've had better luck with ISHELL_GetDeviceInfoEx and AEE_DEVICEITEM_CHIP_ID.
