Need help/document/Api for developing my own custom notifier in brew. please give suggestion.

You can write your own Notification classes that can send out notifications.
Follow the steps below
1.) Write a BREW class (not an application) that inherits from INotifier. This BREW
class must implement the INotifier interface.
2.) Define the notification masks in the header file for the notifications that this
class will emit.
3.) Implement the new class. Once the class is implemented, any BREW application can register for
notifications from it.

Whenever the notifier class wants to issue a notification, it must invoke the ISHELL_Notify() function. The shell will then take care of informing all the applets that have registered for this notification.

IShell_Notify() to be a predefined notifier, i suspect it to work for custom notifiers.

Once the class is implemented mentioned above, any BREW application can
register for notifications from it. The header file, bid file, and
implementation (SDK and ARM) files must be made available to developers so that
they can use the custom notification.
For our example, the following files were made available to
developers:
AEEFooNotifier.h
AEEFooNotifier.bid
