There are 3 compilers: RVCTB, ADS & GCC. Is this information still up to date or has the situation changed?

If there are still multiple compilers what is the guidance on when to use one over another?

Is there different level of support for C++ features depending upon which compiler is used?

ARM compilers (RVCT, ADS) are paid and GCC is free I guess. You can use any compiler. With Brew MP, you can use codesourcery as well to compile for the target. Feature support depends on compiler and may vary between different compilers; you need to check the compiler guidelines for the same.
