Disabling nagle's algorithm on brew socket

Does anybody know if disabling nagle's algorithm is supported by BREW sockets? I have tried disabling it using ISOCKET_SetOpt with the AEE_TCP_NODELAY option, but it causes all subsequent socket requests to fail. Any knowledge on this is much appreciated
