Yes, since Qualcomm's Brew MP SDK is based on U.S. technology, applications developed using the Brew MP SDK outside the U.S. are still subject to U.S. export controls laws. You are responsible for compliance with U.S. export control laws. Qualcomm will provide reasonable assistance at a minimum. The Brew applications can not be re-exported to the embargoed/sanction countries (Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria), to persons on the U.S. Government denied party lists, entity list, specially designated national list and debarred list, and can not be used for enhanced proliferation activities prohibited by the US government, such as nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological weapons end uses.
