Is there any way a C++ file and a flash application can interct with each other by passing variables/events/functions?
I want to use Flash for UI and C++ for background work. So is it possible to pass the variables from C++ to Flash? Does BMP support any event which can be used for thee interaction between c++ and flash?

Also is there any way I can use Flash components from C++ application?

You can create an actionscript extension in C/C++ and bind that with your custom action script. See the action script extension sample in the BREW SDK

The Flash Extension is part of the latest Brew MP SDK Rev 4.4.934802 (look in samplecode\flash_extension in the SDK installation path). There is an accompanying document, the "ActionScript Extension Technology Guide" that can be found at this link:
