I was at the BREW 2004 Conference and someone said the latest Gnu compiler supports thumb mode. If someone who has used the GCC thumb mode could post the version of the compiler 3.3 or 3.3.1 and instructions on using thumb mode it would save all of us some time.

The developer Extranet site below says AEEMod_Load() must be moved to another file built without thumb mode.

Here is a site that lists the gcc options. Which ones do you use (-mthumb, -mtpcs-frame-mtpcs-leaf-frame, -mcallee-super-interworking, -mcaller-super-interworking)
