Is it possible to impliment an application that is "grinder" like (i.e., sending automatic key strokes to an active applet ) in C++.

If yes ,please give me some hint.:(

i think you can use pearl script for this...
for c implementation you may send some random key press event to your event handler...
i think it is possible, but what is your perpose ? there is a application provided for it by qualcomm !

The simple answer is no. You would most likely need IPORT for such an application, and IPORT is not supported until BREW 3.0.
You can write Perl scripts to customize the keys sent by The Grinder, consult the Grinder help document for more information.

Hi all,
sdg ,I am trying to impliment the code for the "grinder" myself.
phones are attached to the CPU at a particular port. Now is it possible to send events or commands to the device using "socket programming" from an application running on the PC through this port.
OR
Any other ideas ? Please give me some hint to proceed.
Thanks.
