Hi ppl,

I have got a query.

Is there a BREW API to check for incoming data traffic?

I have a problem where there will be data sent to my device from the carrier. The data is nothing but an OMA to configure the phone number(MDN) on the device. This OMA data will not reach the device, if the device is establishing a data call.

I would like to know if there is a mechanism to detect a mobile terminated OMA or TCP connection, so that I can stop my device from establishing the data call and allow the OMA data to reach the device and configure the MDN.

Thanks in advance.

see documentation of AEECLSID_PHONENOTIFIER in API ref.
Apps may register of this class of receive Phone notifications. Its includes Data calls - AEET_NMASK_DATA_CALL
You should be able to get a handle of the call using ICALLMGR_GetCall(pMe->pICallMgr, pTCallEventData->cd.....
