hi i really need your help i bought my htc smart 2 weeks ago but i have a problem i can't watch a youtube video i have an error message and i tried a lot of other sites to watch streaming videos but still the same problem i thing brew mp does not have flash player so can anyone help me to find a flash player working for brew mp thank you very much and sorry for my english i m french lol

Brew MP does include support for Flash via two Flash Players - AMC (free) and Flash Lite (licensed). Of the two, only the Flash Lite player can play YouTube videos.
The decision of which player(s) to include on a device is ultimately up to the device manufacturer, so if you can't play YouTube vidoes on your HTC Smart, it is most likely because that device does not have the Flash Lite player on it.
Hope this helps,
Mike

Other than Flash Lite, is there any other possible way to support youtube video playing on BREW MP device ?
As per SDK docs, the claim from Qualcomm end is that iMediaVideo can support rtsp streaming and with iWeb, iSource supports HTTP progerssive streaming possible.
Youtube on mobile gives rtsp links for its videos then in that case why native interfaces not used on HTC smart to support Video streaming ?
Please make me understand this stuff.
Thanks & Regards,

Is there any limitaions with above said native interfaces to support HTTP or RTSP streaming ?

No, there is no limitation of using these interfaces. You can use Iweb for web transaction and Isource for buffering the data during web transaction. Note that HTTP is the protocol which internally uses TCP/IP. You can also use ISocket and ISockport for internet transactions but Iweb is easy to use as compared to ISocket*
