I have registered my application for notification .But I am not able to know How to verify my App wheather it is receiving or not .I am able to test for applet directed msg from SMS emulation but not able to test for recive any text.

What I mean is I am not able to use Mobile terminated SMS in SMS emulation.

Using the 3.1 Simulator: Tools -> SMS Emulation.

I am able to use the SMS emulation to test my app for Applet directed message but not able to test it for the app which has registered for receiving all text SMS.
I mean How to use that Mobile Terminated SMS ,is it meant for testing my app which is receiving al type msg .I have gone thru the help file but still not able to use this part.

Yes, you can test MT-SMS. Make sure you've registered properly for SMS notification.

Check out "Simulating incoming SMS messages" in the BREW SDK User Docs.
Basically you have two options:
(1) Send SMS to simulator's phone num which will loop back after 5 seconds
(2) Store an SMS message in a *.sim file (see Simulating outgoing SMS messages) and load that using the SMS simulator GUI.

I have gone thru that Document provided by SDK ,but still I am unable to test my APP for an Incomming SMS (not for Applet Directed SMS) .
Can I know step wise procedure ?

In the SMS Emulation window (Tools -> SMS Emulation), click on the radio button for "Mobile Terminated SMS", then fill out the required information.

I have tried with that ,when ever I am giving the .Sim file form temp Folder where the sms getting stored ,all other option get enabled .Whenever I am trying with msg box option without giving the path to sim file I am not able to get the sms .
What is that that Box for "from ",I mean Why it is for
