Hi,
Iam developing camera application and integration my own s/w codecs into Brew. When i capture frames, in the preview mode, the actual image looks like rotated to 90 degrees clockwise. I tried to rotate it by 270 degrees or any other value also usign ICAMERA_RotatePreview and ICAMERA_SetParm passign CAM_PARM_ROTATE_PREVIEW as argument. But these functions are returnign 20 (BADPARM) and i have no clue why.And i tried giving these fucntions in both while starting Previe and in the Call back function. I could not get it working. Iam using Kyocera KX2.
I want to know whether these APIs are supported on this device. If anyone has done this please let me know as i need the information asap.

BREW Tech Support - your support is very much needed now..
Thanks,

I am facing same problem, CAM_PARM_ROTATE_PREVIEW set is returning badparam. not sure why?
nErr = ICAMERA_SetParm(m_pCamera,CAM_PARM_ROTATE_PREVIEW,90,0);

What device are you testing this on? I have used this method with Success on LG VX8000 earlier.
This method did not work for me on Samsung u750 when i wanted to handle the screen orientation change so I used ITransform to rotate the preview frame and blit on the screen.
