Hi All,
I am getting 0 as the free space on the Device Pack 1 Simulator.
my code is:
IFileMgr * iFileMgr = iPool->GetFileMgr();
uint32 free = 0;
uint32 total = 0;

// memory status meter update
free = IFILEMGR_GetFreeSpace(iFileMgr, &total);

whereas total memory returned by this API is 87147863. Pl. help me :confused:

I guess you have done this, but just to be sure: have you set the filesystem rights in your .mif?

I've run into errors like this when running the application from a file that conains a large amount of data in it and causing GetFreeSpace to return 0. I would suggest moving the mif and subsiquent subfolder to it's own folder to try the Simulator from that folder.
Example:
-TempFolder
-----App.mif
-----AppFolder
--------App.mod
--------App.bar
[edit] "---" should be tabs :)
