Hi all,

Im very close to submit my set of apps but have an issue i think will fail me. Is regarding ISHELL_CloseApplet or ,ways there off of killing my application, using a menu selection. I read somewhere, and i've seen this talked about here in the forums too, that if you leave the app it should go to the main screen (OEM). I am using ISHELL_CloseApplet(app,FALSE) to kill my application but this only takes me to the main menu of the handset's BREW app manager. Now, what i can gather from the documentation, if IShell_CloseApplet is set to TRUE, it will close all applets and go to iddle. Closing all applets and going to iddle sounds good, but i dont think is the right behaviour, since i don't want to disrupt any other applications the user might have lying around. Anyone knows if im going at this the right way or should i do something else entirely? Help will be most appreciated since we want to turn these babies this week.

Saludos,

alhiem

Calling ISHELL_CloseApplet() with FALSE as the second parameter is just fine. You need system privilege level to call it with TRUE in 3.x+ anyway.
