Hi All,

I just started working with BREW and I'm trying to make my application automatically launch when it receives a SMS directed to it in the emulator. Is such a thing possible?
I put code to load the sms message and display it on the screen and that works fine if my application started but nothing happens if I send the SMS when the application is not running. I'm wondering if there's something special I need to put in the EVT_APP_MESSAGE or something to trigger and launch my application.

Thanks for any help,
Shinta

Hai,
If the application is running then only we can handle the message event. But how can we start the application after recieving the message. Do u mean we have to write an applet running in the background monitoring for incoming messages and then invoke this application.
Thanks.
