I'm using the BREW 1.1 Emulator, and I'm running into a problem where pointers start to fly. I've traced through the program and it seems to always happen right at a MALLOC() call.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any good ideas for trying to find the real culprit?

FYI, I only started seeing this problem while setting up ISOUNDPLAYER. the ISoundPlayer pointer is initialized at the beginning of the program. And when it finally gets to the ...soundSetInfo/Play() calls, the pointers are messed up. I finally traced the problem through to a MALLOC() call.

Hello friend,
could u plz explain in detail wats the problem
because pointers become unreliable only if u use them incorrectly
paste the code snippet here and tell where the problem is
or else do not do a create instance at the beggining, do it where u need it n try..
also try increasing the size of the varible malloced
also wat matters is wat r u doin b/w settin the sound player and callin play calls
