1. What is the correct column our responses (Yes,No,N/A) should use?  I am guessing "G" (Expected results).

2. If Column G is the correct answer, why are some of the blank area automatically changing inputted data to be Red in color with strikethroughs in some cases and Black with strikethrough with some.

3. Previously, we could submit the csv version but now, with separate sections, Excel is complaining when a csv is requested. Will we be sending the .xlsx instead?

The new .csv file that will be used for the self test XML creation has not been posted on the Intertek submission portal.  Intertek will be posting this prior to the 2/15 release of the new test plan so that self tests can be completed prior to that date.  I will post an update when the file is available.
However, looking at the test plan Excel file, the G column would be the correct column for your results on that particular file.  But this is subject to change with the .csv that is released.  Please make sure you download and use the new .csv to create your self test XML file for submission.

I'm looking at the new .csv file, and I noticed a new column called Item Spec. Ref. What information needs to be inputted in this column? I've been inputting the section in the item spec from where more information can be found on the test case. Is this correct? Is it mandatory to fill this column, or is it treated a lot like the comments column?

J-Rod,
The Item Spec. Ref column is used by the system when the .xml file is
ingested.  We don't have the ability to add special formatting in the .csv
format, but if you open the Excel version of the file, the column is grayed out
and has the comment "Do not enter anything into this cell"
