Not really a BREW question, but forgive me....

I'm using a USB kb/mouse, and every time I plug a phone into a USB port (using the V3C primarily) the keyboard and mouse go dead, apparently with no power. After the phone connection has been established, normal service is usually restored - but not always. Sometimes I need to unplug and reconnect the keyboard to persuade it to reconnect.

Has anyone run into similar problems, or am I just due a new motherboard/USB controller?

I had the KB and mouse plugged into a hub in the monitor, while I was connecting the phone to a multiport adapter in a 5.25 bay, which is (I think, a long time since I put it all together) not actually a hub, but routes directly to an internal USB header.
I'm now plugging the phone into the monitor as well, and it's all working well.

The phone connection is working, but only -ish. it's proving to be a little bit flakey when working through a hub! I've plugged everything straight into the PC now, and it seems okay so far.
