Hi,

I have a few devices that I want to get Test enabled. Its been quiet some time since I have worked on BREW and the process now requires me to file a Service Request with e-services instead of using a cover letter that I used to do earlier.

Please let me know if the above the correct.

My problem is that my devices do not have any operator service and hence no phone number and the Service Request form does not let me add a device without a valid phone number. What should I do in this case ?

We have activated numerous phones without service. I believe we just fill in a bunk phone number on the form... 800-555-1212 or something similar.
