Hi,
I have a need that I need to throw a system event from either TrigML/Lua to allow further processing of my app state.

Specifically, I have to throw _pointerdown which is a touch gesture.
I tried the following in TrigML

But the system crashed. can I throw this system event at _entry or cannot throw at all?

Thanks,
Naren

Hi Naren,
Certain system events such as _focus can be thrown from TrigML. You should also be able to pass along incoming events that triggered a 'throw' by using the variable '@_event' where @ indicates a parameter value.
Perhaps the problem with your code is that you are not including any parameters along with the pointerdown. In processing such a special system event, certain parameters may be accepted and when values are left out, the result may be undefined behavior. I suggest trying out your code again with values specified for _wParam and _dwParam while I further investigate this issue.
Thanks,
Anand
