I am having problems with BTIL and Trigbuilder. I have loaded BTIL on the device and it is not responding when I run BTIL Client Installer again. In Trigbuilder, the device could not be detected under preferences > signatures. A signature file is in the repository directory. How can I verify that BREW is running on the device and BTIL is installed? Sorry for all the questions.

Sometimes the COM port scanning is unable to detect devices if there's a malfunctioning COM port that's scanned before reaching the COM port of your device. Try disabling any other COM ports and renumbering your device COM port to a lower number.
Future releases of TrigBuilder should allow you to manually specify a COM port, eliminating the need to perform an automatic scan.
