Inside my actor when I try to create an instance of IFileMgr it returns an error code 3. Which leaves my pointer to the object NULL. I thought extensions were to take on the privileges of the program which is using it? Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks,

Mike.

You're probably compiling using a version of the SDK greater than the device BREW version, and the class ID of FileMgr changed after 3.1.2. Try using AEECLSID_FILEMGR_312.
