Hello,
I just installed SDK 7.5.0.0.1304242 on Visual Studio 2008.
I can get the sample code to work and run just fine.

I have created a new project and imported some older code. I can get everything to build without errors, but when I try to load on the simulator I get:

Unable to install the package file to the target
The package file does not exist

"filename_win32.brewmp"

So my guess is that I am missing something in my project file that generates the _win32.brewmp file.

Analyzing the example code, I can't seem what does that...so ...
What does that?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,
Can you please copy and paste the your output text so we can see what else may be causing the packaging issue. Please rename your folder/filenames if you need privacy.
Also, can you tell us if you see a package folder and if it contains a mif and mod or dll file?
Thanks,
Karina

Thanks for your reply.
This turned out to be a configuration issue.
Our mif file was not being copied into the package directory...
So not all the files were generated that the debugger wanted.
Took a little digging and walking through.

Oh cool, I just got my hello world to work. I've just compiled my application1.car using the resource manager and tenaciously keep on trying to run it on the simulator even it hang up many times during the first set of install attempts.
