Notification of Address Book access

Hello all,
I was wondering if it was possible to receive notification of access to the OEM address book. I have searched the .h files for classes and masks that may allow this but I haven't had any luck getting it to work. I would assume that you could get an EVT_NOTIFY message and then try to figure out the mask from there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
