Does BREW support OMA DRM?

The only information I can find is in the IMEDIA_GetDecryptCaps() documentation in the SDK:
"MM_DECRYPT_FMT_DCF: Supports DCF format and most algorithms used by DCF"
Is this referring to OMA's DRM Content Format? If so, what would one pass as the key when attempting to get IMedia to play an encrypted file? How do you know if the content is encrypted in the first place?
