In simulator

I use LOCALTIMEOFFSET to get the daylightsavings,but the result is so difference from windows!!!
When the timezone is the "london" local date is "2006/3/4" the "auto...." checkbox
is checked,the LOCALTIMEOFFSET() return's daylight saving is the FALSE!
"auto...." not checked the LOCALTIMEOFFSET() return's daylightsaving is the TRUE!
but the localtime have not benn changed!!!

At 2006/4/4 whether the checkbox be checked or not, the LOCALTIMEOFFSET() return's daylight saving always TRUE.
but when the checkbox be checked ,local time will add one hours!

why? qualcomm simulator's bug?
