Phones that support PCM recording (Poll)

My application records PCM data, processes it, and sends the result to a server. I am only focusing on BREW 3.x phones.
I have noticed that there are phones that support PCM but does not allow audio recording. I would appreciate feedback from people who have knowledge of which phones have audio recording capability.
