Phone reboots continously

Hello,
I am using Moto K1M. From the time I downloaded my app to Moto K1M, it keeps rebooting without even going to the main screen.
I am not able to delete / update my (mif, mod, sig) files thru' App loader or thru any other means (BREW Perl Interface). Host tools are not able to connect to the phone.
Any idea how to recover my phone back?
