SSL-client certi authentication

Is IWeb able to connect to a server that requires client certificate authentication? It seems that ”WEBOPT_X509_ROOT_CERTS“ provides only server/CA certificate. The connection got "SSL_RESULT_CLIENT_AUTH_ERR". Is there a workaround, e.g. sending client cert in request body or HTTP header?
