problem creating font glyph bmps for bbfgen

Hi,
I'm trying to create my own bbf files with bbfgen tool, however it keeps seeing my font.bmp files weirdly. I don't know what i'm doing wrong, they are saved as monochrome bitmaps! i'm attaching one to this post along with the map file, pls can someone take a look and tell me what i'm doing wrong, thanks!!!
