"Could not initialize device (Error Code: 63)" when attempting to connect using Logger in [COM/DIAG]

I'm able to connect and see log output for device fine using [COM/BTIL], but I'm concerned not all debug output is coming through. I'm not able to connect using [COM/DIAG] because of the error note above.
Am I missing something?
